  My order has been wrong the last 3 times, estimate about a 10 minute wait in front of you if you're in the drive thru per car ahead of you ( you will never get to work on time ordering breakfast here). They've been out of bread bowls the last 3 times I was here as well which is surprising considering they bake their own bread. I had brought up my troubles to the one of the managers in a polite manner who replied "umm OK what would you like me to do about it?" -your job description please ma'am? I love Panera but this for sure isn't one of them.

  I have had excellent service every time from the Panera in New Bern! One day in particular I ordered online for 10 people at work, including my boss. When I got there I learned that something in the system had caused their staff to receive the order 15 minutes prior to the time that the order was due. The management and their staff still managed to get the order ready ON TIME. Not only that, but the daytime catering manager helped me get my drinks ready and also helped me carry ALL of the food to my car. WOW. That is not something I was expecting as a customer during lunch hour. The management and team there get two thumbs up from me!
