- 1 / 5By Matt YatesThe McDonald's on Red Robin just off of MLK in New Bern is on the top 3 list of worse places I've ever been. It's the same garbage food you get at every other McDonald's but that's what you go to McDonald's for.
My issue with this location is the service. It is quite possibly the worst service I have ever gotten. The thing about it is that iys like that every time. I end up going once every few months because I'm out late and it's the only option. Every time the employees act like you're bothering them. They move insufferably slowly. If they speak at all its with a horrible attitude.
I get it, your life is bad if you work at McDonald's. But at many other locations, the staff is extremely friendly. This one is full of the laziest and rudest people in the service industry. Avoid it if you can. If you can't, be warned, it's horrible.September 19, 2016
