  I visit theis location at least 2-3 times a week. Usually when they screw up my order they are quick to fix it along with an apology....Tonight was different.
  First off....Waited at least 10 minutes in drive-thru. I ordered a big Mac WITHOUT lettuce with a diet coke...After asking 3 times if it was diet....You guessed it....Wasn't diet. Was gonna let that go as I discovered this on my way home. Opened my burger box...Filled with lettuce I didn't want.
  Took burger back...Yes they fixed it with NO APOLOGY or courtesy of any kind. No offer of a refund or even an apple pie!!! Manager was rude and seemed "put out" by my request. I will not return to this restaurant... Customer satisfaction should be their biggest concern...And it obviously wasn't. ...

  Of like to start off by saying I know not to expect much from fast food but this was terrible...absolutely horrible. Everytime I've ever been here something gets messed up they're ice cream machine is eternally broken as well. I quit going to this particular location however hubby ordered to bring home and went here. Got two large fries that weren't done and only halfway full in each box not even kidding, they shorted us 4 nuggets in our 20 piece and everything tasted and looked over an hour old. Really need new management here

  The coffee I ordered tasted absolutely horrid. It tasted like it had gone bad, but the food was fine, just don't get the coffee. It happened to my friends I had with me, as well.
