  We are 2 couples from the Toronto area in Canada who were staying in New Bern for a week. After a nice walk around the downtown area we found ourselves thirsty and hungry we we stumbled upon Beer Army. As we are all craft beer fans it was a logical place to stop. Once we saw the selection of beer and food with very reasonable prices we were hooked. We ended up at the bar where the bartender was both very friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed our time there and in fact returned today. Same great experience.

  The food was great!!!! The atmosphere was friendly!!! The beer selection is awesome... we went hoping for the kangaroo burger... sadly we missed it! However the ELK burger was AMAZING... we are going back tomorrow night... hopefully we get a few more coworkers to join us!!! The fire in the hole beer is awesome and the wicked weed was pretty good
