  We went there to celebrate my birthday!
  I can't believe the change in this Applebee's.
  Can you believe the best they could do was 30 minutes to get drinks. Then come to find out not everyone got their drinks. It took 20 more minutes to get those drinks.
  We kept waiting for someone to take our order, another 30 minutes. I had to go find someone to take our orders. Then we had to wait another 45 minutes to get our food. Not everyone got their food. When we all finally got all the food not everyone's food was satisfactory. Most of the meals were cold or burnt or not the entire meal being there only part of meal. They would forget certain side dishes.
  I was very embarrassed to have my family come to celebrate my birthday. I was so uptight I couldn't enjoy myself.
  I hated to have to pay the $145.11 for meals and serves that were lacking.
  No one in my family will be going back.
  This is the first negative review I have ever made about any Applebee's.
  To bad they don't have a 0 rating.

  The plating looks nice but is not that good. It is very bland and over salted to try and save itself. The service is slow and lazy. I have had maybe 1 good experience over the course of 3 years and 10 visits. My wife loves it for some reason. 2 stars because I like their kids menu and my wife says 1 star is too harsh.

  Came in here with a group of 4 people, was seated fast and got our drink and food orders pretty fast but after that it sucked. Felt like an eternity to get our appetizer and the waitress barely paid any attention to us, we had to ask other waitresses to grab us stuff like ketchup and BBQ sauce. Our drinks were literally never filled it took about ten minutes for our waitress to even look our way. The worst part is this was around 12:30 and the place was pretty much empty. All in all I would not recommend this establishment.
